  • Community Identifiers — If you join our Discord (FishTV Biz Inner Circle) or Telegram community, we will have access to your username and any information you voluntarily share in those private groups.
  • Communication Records — If you contact us for support, we retain records of that correspondence to provide continuity of service.
  • Technical Data — Basic data such as IP address, browser type, and referring URL may be logged by our hosting platform and third-party analytics. We do not use this to identify individuals.

We use your data strictly to facilitate your experience as a student and community member:

  • Teachable — Course hosting and delivery platform. Manages your student account, course access, and purchase records.
  • WPForms / Gravity Forms — Webinar and contact form submissions on our WordPress site.
  • Discord — Primary hub for real-time community support, troubleshooting, and group discussions.
  • Telegram — Supplemental channel for platform updates and community communication.
  • Calendly — Scheduling platform for Done-For-You service appointments.

We have selected these providers based on their industry-standard data protection practices. We are not responsible for their independent data handling beyond what is outlined in their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

  • We retain your email address and purchase records for as long as you remain an enrolled student or active community member.
  • We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade our student lists to third-party marketers under any circumstances.
  • If you request account deletion and data removal, we will process your request within 30 days. Note that deletion will result in the loss of course access and community membership.
  • We may retain anonymized, aggregated data (such as total enrollment numbers) indefinitely for business analytics purposes.
