Overview

Welcome to FishTV Biz. By accessing our website, enrolling in any of our courses (the Basic Track, Advanced Track, or any Done-For-You service), or joining our private community, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before purchasing or enrolling.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our services.

1. Nature of the Service

FishTV Biz is a technical education platform. We provide instructional content, infrastructure blueprints, community support, and optional setup services related to server architecture, media infrastructure, and digital broadcasting systems.

  • FishTV Biz does not host, provide, or broadcast any copyrighted media content.
  • We do not sell access to media streams, IPTV playlists, or any third-party content.
  • Our service is strictly limited to teaching users how to build, configure, and manage their own private infrastructure on servers they own and control.
  • Done-For-You ("DFY") services involve our team accessing your VPS using credentials you provide to configure software you have licensed. We do not retain ongoing access after project completion.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

By enrolling in any FishTV Biz course or service, you represent that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • Are not located in a jurisdiction where receipt of this service is prohibited.

Course access is granted to a single named user and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with third parties will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. User Representations and Warranties

By using FishTV Biz tools, curriculum, and knowledge, you agree and represent that:

  • You will use the technology and infrastructure only for lawful purposes.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying that your private server activities comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
  • You will not use the FishTV Biz architecture to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including any broadcaster, league, or rights holder.
  • You understand that the legality of streaming certain content depends entirely on your jurisdiction and the licenses you hold — and that FishTV Biz is not a substitute for qualified legal advice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through FishTV Biz courses — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, written documentation, custom scripts, installer files, and community-exclusive build specifications — is the proprietary property of FishTV Biz.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this material for your own personal or business infrastructure builds.
  • You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, screen-recording for public distribution, or sharing course materials or community-exclusive technical assets with any third party.
  • Violation of this section constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and may expose you to civil liability.

5. Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the quality and integrity of our private Discord and Telegram communities, the following actions will result in immediate termination of all access without refund:

  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing pirated files, illegally cracked software, or circumvention tools.
  • Harassing, threatening, doxxing, or impersonating any community member or FishTV Biz staff.
  • Using the community to promote competing services, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial offers.
  • Misrepresenting FishTV Biz in any way that suggests we are a content provider, licensed broadcaster, or IPTV reseller.
  • Attempting to redistribute or "leak" any proprietary course material or private community content.

6. Done-For-You Services

DFY services are project-based engagements. When you purchase a DFY service, you agree to:

  • Provide FishTV Biz with temporary SSH access to a VPS you own, control, and are legally permitted to use.
  • Acknowledge that the VPS and all infrastructure built on it are your sole responsibility after project handoff.
  • Understand that DFY services do not include ongoing maintenance, monitoring, or support unless separately contracted.

FishTV Biz will not retain VPS credentials after the project is marked complete. You are responsible for rotating credentials after handoff.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services utilize third-party platforms including but not limited to Teachable (course delivery), Discord, Telegram, and Calendly. Your use of these platforms is also governed by their respective Terms of Service. FishTV Biz is not liable for service interruptions, data breaches, or policy changes originating from these third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • FishTV Biz and its owners, operators, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our educational content, infrastructure builds, or services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages — in such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FishTV Biz and its owners, officers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your operation of any private media infrastructure built using FishTV Biz education or services.
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Any third-party claim resulting from content you stream, distribute, or make available through infrastructure you built using our curriculum.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

FishTV Biz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of its courses, community, or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including business, legal, or technical considerations. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted to this page constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify enrolled students via their registered email address.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before either party pursues litigation. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
